A private message to @Lfsglass would have been more appropriate. I will not respond to any thread that you start on this forum out of proper courtesy.

We disagree. This is a public forum, a thread that has not been updated in 4 years despite multiple open inquiries (aka abandoned) and directly asks about our products. We suggest you focus less on etiquette and more on showing results. We are leading the way with our ABSOLUTE packages, but eager to line up at a race.

Well, if I ever do get my McLaren, I know who not to buy parts from.

I can appreciate the fact that you are new here and a prospective McLaren owner, but maybe you should consider that you do not know the dynamics at play. I have been on the forum for many years and own multiple McLarens. Like many others, I consume content on this forum, but rarely post...

If it is not obvious, XPRD/MP4DREAM is the person behind both accounts. He has an established history of making big claims and having little to show for it. This thread is a prime example. The first posts talk about the stroker kit he is making, all the top people he is working with and how much power it is going to make.

I have been following this thread for 3 out of 5 years....no products, no listing, no video, no customers to be seen and no results...period.

But when a new vendor puts in the R&D and works with well-established companies to bring built engines that you can actually buy on a website with a price, then he chime in to say he will have a "major update on motor parts in the coming days to weeks". The timing seems a little more coincidental...it is just more "smoke and mirrors" from a vendor that is struggling to keep up.

I have seen more than a few threads where XPRD is attacking new vendors, so I do not blame them if they get fed up with someone nipping at their heels while they actually innovate.

I have already voted with my wallet and have an ABSOLUTE engine build in the works that will show actual results. Feel free to wait around for someone who thinks having an idea is as good as actually executing well on an idea.

Dunno what the above poster is talking about. The motor build program was completed years ago. There was no market, so I tabled it. Recently I have been commissioned to build 2 motors, both 4.0 liters from 3.8 stock motors. LikenI said above, stay tuned. I attacked no vendors on here. Rather, just one is a serious problem with decency. Post links if you notice that I attacked anyone. I am curious.

My reputation here is clear to the many 1000s who buy from me regularly. Low volume markets are tough when you bank roll your own development as opposed to buying and copying other people's stuff and reselling other people's tech. I sell and do business with nearly every vendor on this forum and around the world. This is a fact. I do not need to justify my products or customer satisfaction to anyone. I make products to help the community and do engineering projects. You have been brainwashed by someone whom we all know. It is a fact that if I do not specialize in a product for a customer, that I recommend another vendor or the dealer to obtain what they are looking for, even sometimes the one vendor whom I dislike.

I can understand where you are coming from, and since I don't know the history I will have to do some research.

Thanks for the heads up.
Don't believe everything you read. Ask around here and you will quickly obtain the truth.

You will never see me imposing and trolling in any vendors forum posts that they started. Won't happen.
If all here want to follow my innovation, projects, and read about what I do most days of the week on McLarens and maybe the occasional k24 NSX, then hit up Instagram. It's always a good time. I have major projects coming in the near future that will further validate the McLaren cars as kings of the RWD world.

Since this is my thread. I want to let all interested forum members know that my solution for motor building utilizes increased bore and stock stroke to achieve an oversquare/Formula 1 engine design. My liners, rods, bearings, pistons are all made in Europe. They require several months to manufacturer with upfront payment. Well, in 2 weeks, I will have a nice batch of parts for 3 motors. I didn't intend to make scores of motors but I have enough main bearings sets for 18 more motors. Thus is my approach to motor design. Others will do their interpretation. I feel that my choice of an oversquare design is the best or I wouldn't even do it. I also threw a few curve balls in there with longer rods and shorter pistons. XPRD liners are made from an alloy steel and nikasil coated to lower ring friction. Difference between ring friction of ductile iron and my liners is min 60%. This goes up with bore and ring width and ring tension.

Ductile iron liners (used elsewhere) are lower quality liners, cannot be coated due to high levels of impurities included in the base material. It's a cast iron material.

So...
3.8l -> 4.0 liter with the lightest rotating forged steel rod assembly

4.0l ->4.2 liter same forum leading lightest rotating parts.

I can take either motor to 4.35 liters with titanium rods based on an increased stroke and increased bore in combination.

All rods are custom, lightweight, and 1500+ hp rated by design and architecture.

As soon as it clears customs and shipping, I will post pics here and on Instagram. I just need to make another custom headgasket for the M840t.

Maybe you have a head gasket maker or not, but redline engineering in Cape Town South Africa has a worldwide patent on their head gaskets. They supply all the top fuel dragsters in the USA as well. Redline Engineering cylinder head gasket manufacturer and the main man there is Angus, tell him Brad sent you. Careful though, he is a genius MOFO and is so pedantic is SCARY!! Like if its not done his way to 110% perfection (like only skimming the head and not the block), he will not supply and rather forego making the money for brand reputation instead. But he is pure genius! Did his engineering thesis on F1 turbo engines. +27721433773 on whatsapp too.

I have most of the development covered for performance aspects. So, the supplier of the liners has been difficult to work with. They are fantastic from a execution standpoint, but it took a long time :(.

Anyway, they are almost done. We are doing the final machining of the liners. Will hold tons of boost, if desired. I am specifying the first motors for a max of 1200 hp. I am willing to bet that my products will out class anything for Lambos.

The Motec M1 is about 80% done. A trial on my car will ensue, shortly. There will be no limitations for us, as soon as I get done. Patience McLaren lovers...

I'm using an M1 in a 1944t I have. My 850 dyno'd at 860hp and 620lb/ft, on high boost. I use Sunoco GTPLUS. I have only a few miles since m-engineering, etc., more than doubled the stock hp. I use Corsa's as I want tires to.be the fuse. I never launch. 4.5 is typical time for 60-130, 68f, 1/2 mile altitude, full gas and a 165lb passenger.

I do nor believe this motor, with stock internals will last. I want to rebuild it before it goes bang. How can you help me? Don't they have aluminum liners?

AL liners have proven to crack under duress and don't handle higher HP outputs well.... Go with what Rooney has...
