So the new 750S is out and thought we could start a thread on how folks plan to spec their own, or spec a dream version.
Thx invisiblewave.
Did they give you some rough guess when yours would be coming in?Spec locked today. Now the waiting ramps up and up and up!
Just before his Artura! 😂Did they give you some rough guess when yours would be coming in?
lol, definitely not. My artura just arrived in Baltimore and I’m incredibly excited to drive the shit out of it this summer. At least 3 miles.Just before his Artura! 😂
We should start a Superbowl square (I think that's what you call it, certain parts of American culture are still a bit vague).lol, definitely not. My artura just arrived in Baltimore and I’m incredibly excited to drive the shit out of it this summer. At least 3 miles.
Complicated. They didn’t offer to share any of the drugs they were on. my guess is early 2024.Did they give you some rough guess when yours would be coming in?
I resisted the temptation to blow things up. The MSO sessions get early allocations this time around. If you miss your lock date, your production date may get bounced by a lot.Mine needs to be locked in by this Friday, still toying with ideas, love my spec that was done in NY but may blow it up and do a ground up build.
Note to self, stay off configurator.
So this is blade silver:

It's got like a hint of bronze in it.
Here is super nova silver. The Configurator is awful in how it shows super nova silver shows super nova silver almost as putty (which makes me wonder how 'off' the other colors are too in the configurator). In person super nova silver is kind of bursting into your eyes, almost Liquid Metal effect.

It’s a very light grey with a faint blue metallic shimmer. On its own it looks white but next to a white car you can tell it’s grey.Has anyone seen Cirrus Grey? It looks white in pics. Maybe similar to Audi’s Suzuka Grey?

Looks like chalk from p cars.
everyone who did an MSO session is getting an early delivery. Or perhaps a better way to say it is that the allocations for cars with MSO sessions are all at the front of the production queueso everyone in here is getting a 1st batch delivery car?
Ive had the opportunity to do spec sessions with Mclaren, Ferrari and Porsche. Mclaren by far has the best process and makes it the easiest to truly customize your car. The 750 is some what limited so you have an opportunity to do something unique. The car above looks very nice but make it more special. At the very least a custom MSO interior is about 15k. Paint the underside of the wing orange for about 3k. Add a few other accents. By no means do you need ot blow the budget but for a relatively small amount, you can make a good looking car spectacular. Enjoy and happy driving. Here's what I'm going with. As much as it pains me, I'm paying a premium to get Storm Grey (available for free on the 720s). I really wanted to get the Senna seats (they look so badass), but couldn't get myself to do it, after sitting in all 3 options. Doing body-matched headlight surrounds, since it's a fairly dark color. Possibly unlike 99% of people, I'm doing zero carbon fiber.
