Very true. I prefer the mclaren paints over Ferrari every day of the week. The flakes in some of the Mclaren paints are amazing. I also love how there are so many color variations and bright colors with Mclaren customers. Every time I’ve built a non-red Ferrari my salesperson said “are you sure you don’t want one of the reds?” :p:p
Mclaren makes the nicest colors in the industry in my opinion … than AM (more classic conservative) Lambo (bright and agressive) … Porsche, Ferrari and Maserati are all a bit behind seeing their color options

This car looks better and better to me. It's a significant step from the 720 imo. I might have been swayed a little by that paint job, which would solve the dilemma between all the different shades of blue!
Front is better to my eye and by far more coherent. The rear still is off.

Problem is the rear was made originally for 2 really wide apart exhausts on the 720, then the 4 exhausts were actually closer together on the 765 but had enough “weight” to them to still balance the rear.

Now with the dual center “pill” design, the exhausts are way tighter in the middle with this unbalanced dead surround space, now somehow more prominent in the middle, and broken up with a tiny exhaust space…the rear, to my eye, is a bit off with a weirdly alone and over emphasized upturned puckered asshole.

It’s not awful, but it just looks like a slapped-on alternative exhaust that doesn’t take into account the balance of the original design. Maybe it will grow on me or give a different impression in person.

Im also not sure why they turned up the exhausts upward and why not parallel to the ground? Seems you’re just increasing the chance to bring heat to the back wing unnecessarily? Does it create a longer “virtual long tail” airflow—wise? I guess it will make flame outs look cooler.

That's way too much thinking for me. Does it pass the pants on fire test? Hell yes. The rear wing is more functional, balanced out by tweaks to the front end, and the interior is a big upgrade.

Yes. The FIA is cracking down on exhaust blowing in Formula 1 after accusations that Renault has been using the banned practice in 2018. …..

I ordered my 750S on March 15. The MSO session was very cool to me. The interior isn't as orange as it seems on build sheet. My build is 1.5 pages long but a few of the items are:

MSO Bespoke paint in Gloss Azores Orange
Lots of exterior & interior CF
Vortex wheels in Gloss Black "5-Twin Spoke Ultra-Lightweight"
Engine Window
Rear Bumper - painted body colour upper with CF lower
Hood CF - Bespoke Azores Orange paintwork on each side of exposed CF Centre Stripe
Performance interior
Senna seats
Exhaust Finisher - Stealth
Bespoke painted CF rear spoiler - top Azores Orange, underneath exposed CF
Bespoke 12 O'clock steering wheel marker in Satin Azores Orange
+ and - on extended gearshift paddles in Satin Azores Orange
Bespoke Alcantra interior in Andesite Alcantra with Volcano Orange Alcantra accents, perforation backing in Andesite
Chrome Electroform Model designation on side & front badge
MSO billet accelerator & brake pedals with Blood Orange accents
and more...

Also, has anyone seen Ludus Blue in person. It looks pretty close to the Mercedes Electro Blue that I like, but I find the configurator colors are very off, at least for supernova Silver.

I had a Ludus blue 720S spider. Beautiful color. I’d say it’s a little darker than the picture you posted. That was an amazing car!

Can you still do the exposed carbon for “paint” from MSO? That’s the best thing since sliced bread man, I’ll tell you what.

You mean the tinted full carbon option ? Should be MSO on application and about 200-220k if they do it for the 750S

VO into Nerello Red. Fade needs to be a bit longer...
Very nice and I agree with the fade comment. Is that the Velocity paint theme? It’s interesting that there is a significant price difference between having the transition on the front or rear fenders versus the door. Did you (or others) mock up a visual with the transition on the fenders?

Not sure what it’s called. Carwow had a glimpse of it in their 675LT review and said all the weaves match up, which is where the price comes into play. Here is a different video I found of it. Excuse the awful music.
Yes that’s the option … starting at 200k if you want sth. With color … if you add designs, pinstripes etc it’s way more … that’s about the most expensive thing you can get from MSO
