ps infotainment, yeah, ferrari. Do you even supercar ?

pps donor car. When Woking really likes you and wants to get a part to you faster than logistics of a replacement part would allow. Dunno why you’re complaining About that, or in retrospect why they did you that favor so you could bitch about it in public….

Love the orange on the wheels. Looks really cool and unique.

I will say this about infotainment systems. I’ve found in supercars I couldn’t care less about the infotainment system. Or the sound system. The last thing I want to do is listen to music while I’m driving. I want to listen to the engine. Yet I still opted for the upgraded sound system in my 765LTS

McLarens are just a pure joy to drive, so don’t miss the forest for the trees. It’s annoying to have these issues, but once you get them worked out you will forget about them pretty quickly with how great these cars are.

if you tell me you can hear the difference in quality between the sound systems in a 765, I will outright call you a liar.

I never turned the radio on in my Artura. Not once. When my 750 gets here I doubt I do either. And Artura doesn’t even sound crazy great. I couldn’t give an extra whit about the radio. Window issue sucks for OP, sure, but that’s something that should be a relatively easy fix especially if close to a service centre.
Reallyike that spec!

i use CarPlay a lot in the artura and Bluetooth in the 750. But I don’t pretend to hear the fine distinctions between Bose and Burmeister. In the 765, I mean, I turn the music on, out of habit I guess, but I can’t even hear my own thoughts let alone whatever the speakers are attempting to do

Well, considering I don’t think I’ve once listened to the sound system in my 765LTS in the year and a half that I’ve owned it, I would definitely be a liar if I said it sounded better than the the other one! lol!

Window regulators are an issue, mine has that, too. Seems that the central convenience module with regulators gets stuck blocking the windows (sometimes fully in some position, sometimes with wrong end positions), especially if you use the key to open roof&windows and the comfort close open functions. Bit annoying when it starts raining when you're driving and you can't close the windows.
Stopping, locking and using convenience close, sometimes coupled with opening/closing the affected door after locking/opening has solved it for me so far. Clearly a software issue which they will fix in due course. There is one other guy with similar problems in the issues thread. If this is going to be the biggest issue I am going to see on the car I am OK with it. Could write books about MB and Audi, once returned CL55 and two SL55 in a row. McL is surprisingly good, even not taking the small volume production into account.

Seriously some of you need help.....
"I don't do XYZ so not sure why that's even an issue for you"

Who cares what you do or don't do, OP is speaking about their car that they spent their hard earned money on.

But hey if anyone of looking for a house Miami for 2 million i got one for sale, the roof might leak but that's ok, it's bespoke

No shit. It wasn't just one problem either.

My apologies for doubting you and sorry for the problems you are having. Beautiful car and hopefully everything gets sorted out.
Not my color, but you might be quite fine...

It's shameful the way a certain group on this website behave, asking people to post their personally identifiable information, bullying those who dare to report that they might have experienced a challenge with their car, trying to control what people are allowed and not allowed to post (on a forum that they do not own, do not pay to use, and are an equal participant with everyone else regardless of how much money they own or how many cars they own).

This is the public Internet, car forums have always been this way regardless of what this certain group says that this doesn't happen on other forums - it does, I have been on Ferrarichat since the early 2000's, Rennlist, Pistonheads etc. Its all the same, a mix of owners (new and used), those who pretend to own cars, those who like to work on their cars, those who rely entirely on dealerships. It's always a shit show.

The owner of this 750 probably won't return again due to the reception he received, and who can blame him?

If someone wants a forum that focuses only on those that spend $300k minimum per car, only buys new, has a collection, has to share PII before being allowed to join, is not allowed to discuss anything mechanical (because warranty and dealer network, right?) then please go ahead. I think typicalowners.com is available for domain registration. Should be a riveting forum to visit (if you meet all the criteria)

I finally took delivery of my fully optioned out 750S. The car looked stunning. From a build quality aspect it had a lot of headaches. First the aero failed mechanically before even taking delivery. They had to find a donor car to steal parts to repair my new car. After they fixed that, I took delivery. So many issues soon followed. The passenger window stopped working after the first week. Apparently a bad door position sensor. Then the informant starting bugging out and every time I would set the temperature, it would randomly change to another number. When the top was down and I would roll up the window the window would catch on the pillar cap almost prying it off. Just seems like a lot of issues for just the 1st week of having the car. The power, sound, and performance of the car is amazing. Just need to go back to the quality of the build and final checks at the factory before shipping the car.
This is all teething stuff; sounds like a couple of faulty sensors that are easily replaced. No serious problems, and if you want a new-model exotic you should be prepared to abide. First, the aero is not an issue, because it was fixed. Also, unless you know exactly which part was replaced, it could be as minor as a fuse or relay. Dealers, and especially salespeople, will act like they walked through hot coals and broken glass to get you your car. The wise move would have been for them to not even mention the aero issue.

You shouldn't raise the windows with the top down, it makes you look like a poncy hairdresser. The passenger window is better fixed in the closed position, less drag.

Who is this "informant" you mentioned? Just kick him out of the car and enjoy.

If you remain unhappy, I will buy the car from you for $100K off MSRP.

I see this as good news. These types of issues Im ok having and I have yet to see any serious problems with the 750.
100%. There are no serious issues. Only minor headaches. I think the part that is frustrating is you take delivery and take the car home and a couple minor problems flare up. They come pickup the car on a flatbed, which in of itself is dicey with the low ground clearance. You hope it is handled well while away from home. You get it back 2 weeks later and new issues happen within the first day. So back on the flatbed. Just tough to watch, but I love the car.
