If they are the matching OEM style one's pretty much just install them and then drive the car for 10 to 15 miles and they autosense

the original TPMS sensors should work. I change my wheel from 19/20 to 20/21 and used the original TPMS work fine after a mile

I have TPMS sensors en route to me. I will set up a group buy of x4 sensor sets and hope to sell them all. I should get around 400 of them. They are from the largest manufacturer and are superior to the ones from Tire Rack!

To match your rims, check if the different catalog numbers refer to black or silver valve stems.

 

That's probably what the B designation is. I got some that were silver and painted them black myself.
