So the new 750S is out and thought we could start a thread on how folks plan to spec their own, or spec a dream version.
I had a decently early deposit down, I guess a couple months ago now? I asked for a year 2 allocation. So no specific allocation yet. But I've done my bit for god and country beta testing the 12C. This Time I want to get a boring later build.Do you have an allocation? That sounds amazing!
Not my spec . This spec was $50k less then the average mso bespoke sessions in the western region dealers View attachment 231066 View attachment 231067 View attachment 231068
While I would personally pass on them (as I have a history of curbs giving me a bad look), I agree, seems like the kind of option some folks would take advantage of.Its a shame they don't offer carbon wheels.... Carbon Revolution makes some great wheels!
Here it kind of looks electro like I like. Also, has anyone seen Ludus Blue in person. It looks pretty close to the Mercedes Electro Blue that I like, but I find the configurator colors are very off, at least for supernova Silver.

I think fiks liked it paired with a non-painted carbon hood. That it made it look more sporty or something like that. Something like:Can we all talk about how much the carbon fibre rear bumper without paint looks like absolute dumpage?
They'd need to hand out blindfolds and cigarettes taking a ride with me!.... maybe McLaren can add some Supercar 'Drivers Ed', as an option.

Thanks, but I'm not going to do anything non-McLaren. I like to keep stuff pretty stock. The 720S glass door top panels are readily available and should be possible to retrofit to a 750S coupe after purchase. That would get you the weight benefits of the coupe and likely still come in under the cost of the spider after conversion.
It's a great classic combo. Red seatbelts?I'm going to do Volcano red. My interior choice tbd, but I'm leaning towards white. I know it will look amazing, but I don't think I can stomach having to sell a Mac with white seats... So idk yet.
Plan was VR over white, turbine wheels in gloss black, white calipers with Mclaren stamped in red. Tie it altogether with the white interior. But just the seats and maybe door cards, don't want to go overboard.
I wonder if at least the mirrors would be easier to wrap?Black should be standard. Not sure why Mclaren decided to leave everything body colored this time around either. (Mirrors and hood vents by default) I'll take those off and paint them myself when I get the car.![]()
It’s all subjective. Very few wrong answers. Ultimately, if it makes the owner happy, that’s what counts.I’m not that big into CF, but the extra texture it adds can be nice with darker paints. Black with super dark exterior paint is kinda meh
For folks who are annoyed by the body color front spoiler area, just wrap that post delivery. Personally I’d have mso do the side mirrors. It’s not expensive for black or CF or a lot of customization there
So the base seems to come with the old short metal paddles.Trying to pick between the steering wheels
- The two Carbon fibre steering wheel options $4,400 and the $5,700 option. Pretty sure the more expensive one just has carbon fibre on the top. Any disadvantages to the extra carbon fiber on top and is that the only difference?
- On the one that comes standard with the car with the metal gearshift paddles, are the paddles smaller / shorter than the carbon fibre options?
‘if you ask your dealer they should provide you with a copy.Where can you see the options and cost?
Is there a price list ?

tough to tell but isn’t there some black lacquer going on the surround of the iris screen? If so it kind of goes with thatI want this exact setup. View attachment 231181
