Yeah that kinda makes my point. I have literally never seen a Speedtail or an F1 on the street, and I live 2.5 miles from McLaren SF.

Well they only made 64 road-going F1s (a few race cars have been converted for road use) and 106 Speedtails (a few prototypes were recommissioned to customer cars) for the whole world. So they're very rare cars to begin with. I don't think the car being Show and Display is the reason you've not seen one. I would guess there are roughly 40 Speedtails and 23 road-going F1s in the USA.

There's an F1 parked on the street pretty frequently about 10 miles from McLaren SF. Can't speak for anyone else, but to me its Show & Display status doesn't really lessen the appeal.

Ferrari no doubt will be a better investment. It’s a shame though they are making their non obtainable cars great (sp3 is a masterpiece) and their regular cars are quite sad. Looking forward to seeing both cars soon. I have my eyes on an Elva- and prices are good for those. P18 will see how it all played out.

Agree. F80 lack of demand (coupled with massive depreciation for 296 and SF90) could be a major turning point for the aura on Ferrari invincibility.

Unmac is going to England to spec his P18 soon. It will be a crazy car. Crazy expensive & crazy performance/weight.

P18 sounds better. Let's see how it looks.

or F40 and F50
or 275 and 330
or murcielago SV670 and a GT2RS.
plenty of more exciting drivers cars around

Same here. I think I've owned 9 of them. They're better than an average sports car, but they're not even in the same ballpark as McLaren imo, and not just because the engine is in the wrong place and the doors open the wrong way.
