There have been additional deposits made on these cars. If you are a Wall Street guy and have a favorite suit i believe MSO can match the weave of it for interior. Interesting to see if the center seat will be easier to access with any type of swivel seats or the like for the outboard seats.

I could have saved potential owners a lot of money. I could have taken my suit to MSO and saved them the trouble of going themselves (or sending someone)

I guess I will have to check all my news feeds. Not sure where I saw it, I get bombarded by news feeds, but pretty sure I saw an artists drawing of the "new" McL F1, with a big hoora about Feb. 18. Maybe it was an old article; were there any announcements LAST Feb. 18? I will search when I get back to my office this afternoon.

All right, thank you, I look forward to your answer.

Barring an unintended security breach, I think there is next-to-no chance that McLaren will have allowed an internet "journalist" to see images or models of BP23 in what is meant to be its finished form.

Ok, this is what I figured out:

Advertised/released on Jan. 18, that McLaren will unveil its new F1 car on Feb. 23 or 24 (date depends on which article you read).

So what I saw the other day was someone put an artist rendition of the 'new' F1, attached to that article.
Was not me, not my article, I just saw it in a newsfeed and read it.

But on reading other articles, it is the "Formula 1" aspect of McLaren to be announced -- nothing to do, apparently, with the F1 road car.
I was excited, sorry for my quick read without researching further.

Fairly certain the F1 car is the 23rd (Merc and Ferrari are both 22nd).

The BP23 isn’t out until next year, while, I believe, people have already chosen their bespoke materials, the last I heard, even the people that are buying them had not seen what it looks like. That was some time ago, it's probably changed by now. I doubt if McLaren will release any more information and wouldn’t be surprised if we hear nothing until the first car is delivered, maybe not even then.

Please note, I have edited my last post to try and make me look less stupid than I obviously am.

Ah ok ok ok no problem I hope that some info soon (Geneva?) Maybe a private presentation....

Anyway, I can't wait!

This is without a doubt the car I'm waiting for the most!

I wonder if their gonna stay with what seems to be a new direction in their designs with this one. Will the purposeful ugliness of the Senna rub on to BP23 or will it not need to be purposeful and not have “every line and surface for a reason”? If the Senna is percieved by a lot of people as not very pretty because of it engineering requirements will the BP23 not have to be aceptably unattractive too to match its engineering targets? How else will they make a new class leader if they don’t break away from the chains of beauty and it’s links to compromised performance?
