My McLaren used to be a very low mile example, but now its on 40,000 miles.
My rear left shock assembly is leaking from the lift jacket (650s)
Im expecting over the nest 24months that all the other 3 will have the same issue. I have the faulty unit after have the shock replaced, and I have noticed shocks for sale claiming "refurbished" where do these come from? Do you know of an engineering company in the UK who is making these?
I just thought that I could have this unit fixed, keep it (although they are specific between Front/Back Left/Right), or just sell it otherwise i will donate it to an engineering firm looking to reverse engineer these?
What are your thoughts?
