Per Mclaren Special Operations:

Regarding your question relating to retro fitting a 650S front to a 2013 12C, I am afraid that this is not something that will be offered by McLaren Special Operations, there are a significant number of engineering changes below the surface that make this a prohibitive option.

I'm confident that with new lights, fenders, and front end, it is extremely possible.
But that will also come an INSANE price point.

Better off selling your car and taking the hit to buy a legit 650s!

My dealer was in touch re a deal. I've not decided whether to do it - I have Until the end of February apparently.

Not sure what you mean. A deal to retrofit 650 bumper? Or trade in incentive?

No sadly not the 650 front - that would've been even sweeter. This is an upgrade to the MSO bumper along with the front vents and the rear bumper vents too that will be fitted to my 2012 coupe. (Kind of like the HS).
