My 750S has arrived after 1 year & 10 days from ordering. McLaren San Francisco was fantastic during the entire process.
Depends on if you are doing MSO or not?Me too! Can anyone remind me what the time in production is? I think it’s like 3 to 4 weeks build time on the production line. Is that right?
This sort of thing causes cognitive dissonance in my manufacturing brain. Just getting a regular bill of materials right for a car must be a logistical nightmare, never mind with bespoke parts thrown into the mix.My car has a fair amount of MSO details specced on it but from the MSO itemized list they all are labeled “line fitted” which I assume means it doesn’t have to go to MSO to get changed or added. I’m doing a bespoke interior (which has a 16 week lead time, but that time has already passed). My FOK date is May 27, so I’m assuming the build will actually start next week or the week after.
I tried sitting in a 600LT with seats similar to those. I won't try that again, lol. 🙃
Priceless? How much did that photo cost ?![]()

I didn't spec the hand painted kiwi. I didn't see a line item for it on my build/spec sheet. Is it a common item on high MSO cars? Or Sennas, P1, etcHow much did that photo cost ?![]()
It's an Easter egg!I didn't spec the hand painted kiwi. I didn't see a line item for it on my build/spec sheet. Is it a common item on high MSO cars? Or Sennas, P1, etc
The rumor is there's one in every Mclaren (it's location varies by model)I didn't spec the hand painted kiwi. I didn't see a line item for it on my build/spec sheet. Is it a common item on high MSO cars? Or Sennas, P1, etc
