Interesting that you brought that up since I was just looking up the total production number of 458s for a comparison. I am still unable to find an accurate number for 458s but most estimates run between 10,000 to 20,000 units. I think I read somewhere that 12Cs were around 3000 units but I'm sure someone will report the correct number here.

P.S. Oh,..the reason I was doing the comparison was a discussion I had with a few about how rare Ferrari 458s are and I had to point them to do a search on ebay classified to get an idea.

 

I have been trying to get a accurate number of 12cs made world wide and brought to North America.

Google doc has all cars listed for sale at the moment. Use filter to see the cars. There is 102 our of 3500 accounted for as of this post.

Or 3% of total production. 3 of the 118 are salvage or total loss as of this post.

Lowest number so far is 0184 in the US and for sale

Yes, good job on starting this subject. FYI - there's a guy over on Ferrarichat who keeps records of every single Ferrari ever made with VINs, years, etc. He's amassed quite a lot of info.

 

I can expand it and be the record keeper but I would need members help. This should not be a one owner shouldering all the load. Share the load as it where so if you guys want I can add a 650, P1, 675, and the new 5XX cars.

Yea, but they're kind of cool and rare. It had the front of the 650, engine of the 12C. Some kind of weird mashup.

Some numbers I think for the cars listed "FOR SALE" are wrong. I grabbed them from Cars.com and Ebay. So those once could be miss types
