I've heard of them. They end up with a lot of FL flood cars. That Ferrari 812 they've got right now was a FL salvaged flood car.

If you don't care about resale then I think they're one of the better salvage title dealers out there, but if you're looking for the absolute lowest price salvage exotics, ReCar is your best bet.
