Thanks for the info. I looked it over and it certainly could have been handled much better. I am in no way excusing what happened but sometimes we are at the mercy of our vendors in cases where we need support on damaged or poorly fitting items. He tells me that the bumper is being set up to return back to the manufacturer so please let me know if I can help with the process
