Will I fit in a 720S Spider?

Hello,

I have been looking at 720S spiders. I fit well in the 720S coupe but have been recently informed by 1 owner that the seat may not go back enough for me to comfortably fit.

I am 6'-3", 190lbs. I typically drive closer to the steering wheel in all my vehicles so I am curious what the fit may be like in a 2020 720S spider with standard power seats.

1) With the roof up is there plenty of headroom?
2) Will it also clear a helmet?
3) Do you see it having enough room for the seat to go back?
4) Is the seat rearward travel any shorter than the coupe?

Thanks for the info in advance!

I don't think you'll have a problem. I'm 6'3"and I've sat in spiders, there's not much difference. You can always put Senna or P1 seats in it, which will give a lot more leg and head room.

Totally - I'm 6'3" 190lbs and have room to spare in a 720 (coupe and spider fits the same IMO), whereas in the 650 I was managing getting the seat back far enough, with a little recline to be comfortable. You'll fit for sure, and have a little room to go further back if you want (but not enough to store anything behind the seats).

As far as a helmet and the roof, I haven't worn a helmet in it but looking at pics I'd say so. Depends on the helmet of course.

The seat travel is the same, however there's no rear storage behind the seats in the spider to speak of - you get the 'aero window' right behind the seats and enough room for maybe a newspaper in the tonnau area with the roof up haha.

6'7" here, I fit but couldn't have heated seats (about an inch higher than non heated) and found the EC roof gives me about another half inch head room over the non ec as the non is lined. Had the coupe before, can't tell the difference in seat position/height couldn't wear a helmet with the roof on though.

I'm 6' 200 lbs, in a coupe I have quite a bit of headroom with my helmet on and the seat can go back a couple inches but not down any further.
