Just wanted to make a special mention of the Formula One team's accomplishments... winning Germany and Hungary, awesome. To develop the car so relentlessly and outpace the R&D teams of Red Bull, Ferrari and Messrs Brawn & Schumacher over at Merc is quite outstanding. That is what McLaren is all about!! Hope they can resume where they left off, after the break.

As much as I dig the prowess/potential/performance of McLaren's F1 outfit w/ their heralded drivers & leadership, I believe that it's very much the case that the Red Bull F1 syndicate has moved onto R&D for their '12 campaign, considering their massive lead heading into past weeks! :D

(all-in-humour, though it is true...)

With that all said, Macca & all are still by-far my fav' team!

Have you actually read a quote from Newey or anybody at RB to that effect? I would be shocked if they stopped developing this year's challenger. They won't win another race if they don't keep bringing updates, the way McLaren is coming on.

I could see Ferrari hanging it up if they don't win the first couple of races after the break.

Merc should call it quits and start on next year's car. The car just doesn't have it, and neither does Michael! I expected so much more from them.
