Not that I am suggesting you subvert their content control methods since it was cool of them to take those shots. However, as an FYI, on a PC you should be able to take a screenshot of any image visible on your monitor using the Print Screen function. Then you can paste the captured pixels into an image editing program like Photoshop, or even a simple one like MSPaint, and save it as a separate file without carrying over any embedded restrictions. There might be one or two exceptions that I've not encountered, but it is true for nearly everything that is viewable on your monitor.
If you're on a Mac it's been a while since I've had to fuss with one and don't know how to perform the similar steps, but it is probably still possible.
