It's exactly the same thing. It's called elasticity of demand and governs the marginal propensity to buy. Not everybody is spending their wife's money!

I have friends getting the W1 and F80 (or whatever it will be called). Both cars are going to be sensational to drive and for, a big aesthetically challenged. I had an allocation for a W1 but for me, at this point in my life, just not for me. Big life changes ahead. But I do think it’s amazing and I can’t wait to drive my buddies. And sleep in @Michaelj basement instead of expensive hotels when I visit his city and go to dinner to spend his wife’s money.

This thread shows how little interest we have for the car in general. It is disappointing to watch how this car is being under debated, good or bad.

well this current drop of big name HyperCars is deeply disinteresting.
