Just saw the car this weekend. Its beautiful and a nice step forward for Mclaren. One of my favorite details is the fixed seats with moveable pedal box. Much like the race cars they build. Vented front fender and rear wing are nice touches as well. I can't wait to see all the specs people will do. I am pretty sure no two will be alike with all the options they are offering. I did a configurator session at the event and was impressed by how detailed it was.

While I was there also got a tour of Customer racing, MTC and MSO. Very impressive operation they are running and nice to see how they are focused on quality as a main manufacturing point going forward. The reveal event was next level. They took out over 100 trophies from MTC to display at the event. All their first place finished.

This thread shows how little interest we have for the car in general. It is disappointing to watch how this car is being under debated, good or bad.

Not much else to say about this car that hasnt already been said. Until the test drives etc come out that is.... With only 399 cars being made not many people will have much to say about from experience it if they arent getting one. I personally know of 4-5 people getting them here in the states and none of them are active on this forum.

First cars are being delivered Q1 2025. That's not far away.

I would be very surprised. First spec sessions I believe are Q1 of 2025.

That was fast. Can't wait to see some of the specs coming out. At launch event the configurator was pretty comprehensive. I didnt spend much time on it but it seems like it was pretty complete.
