If ever a McLaren model needed lowering, this is it! The Ride Height on the Grand Tourer is set much higher than the Sport & Super Series models. One of our dealers reached out to us as soon as they received the car and were desperate to get it dropped to a more attractive ride height. We pulled a front & rear spring out to check them out and they are quite different to any of the other models.

Fortunately we were able to get some prototypes turned around and tested just in time for some shows, before the shutdown.

These are currently in production and available for pre-order.

Wow that looks great! What’s the cost on the lowering springs?
The GT Springs are $1095 for a full set. We currently have 4 sets of inventory remaining in stock, after which we are likely not going to re-stock them, due to price & MOQ increases from our supplier.

Is this spring developed exclusively for GT? Or is it the same spring used in the 570s or 720s?
I can't stand the GT's high ground clearance, so I'm considering purchasing a VAP spring, but I'm worried that this will shorten the GT's ride comfort and suspension life.
