One of the latches won't catch. I think it's the one on the right - not the one with the lever you lift to open the hood.

Has anyone had the same problem, and is it solvable without having to go to the dealer?

press button again on the latch and reclose... close with one hand on each end of the bonnet...

Thanks, but didn't work Dealer says the mechanism will have to be replaced.
