Running temperature and when fans cut in

What temp does everyone's fans kick in on a 570 when in traffic queues? Mine don't seem to be coming on. They do come on in other circumstances but no fans yesterday while queuing for 45 mins in 18c / mid 60s heat (i.e. not hot weather!)
