I want to thank Joe @ Beverly Hills McLaren who did a great job from taking my deposit last July to getting me my car and keeping me updated every step of the way. Very much a class act and would suggest anyone looking to order in Socal to see Joe.

I also got the skid plates installed at the dealer and I suggest them to anyone that does not want to scrape their car on driveways as the nose is very low to the ground.

I was also told once the IRIS software is ready it will include SIRIUS also as part of the free ugrade.

I used my ipod the whole way home at volume 85 with bass and treb +6 with rear speakers +5 and sounded great.

Was traffice whole way home so did not really get to test it out. I did test out Normal/Normal and was very nice ride the whole way home.

Are you positive IRIS will have SAT radio? This is the first confirmation that it will.

I wasn't sure about the blue on the configurator, but this is very impressive to say the least... wow!

Car looks fantastic and love the blue/alcantara interior combo.
You must have a special relationship with AG getting the car in 8 months after the deposit.
My deposit has been with AG since Dec 2010 but still a month away from delivery.

+1 on Joe being the man. When I dropped in a few weeks ago, completely unannounced, Joe came right over and showed me around the whole place. We gabbed endlessly about cars and even watched a bunch of Leno vids on youtube. Cool dude, I can see why he has a lot of clients.

No pearl yellow here, I'm getting the pearl white (stage 3). I know McLaren NB is expecting a Lamborghini pearl yellow soon.
