No - I am not fresh off a plane from the great white North. A friend on another forum stopped by and snapped these pics for me of their new McLaren showroom and their pair of demos. I think this is my first time seeing the orange leather - what an eye-popping choice! :D

Might be their Demo car with it only being VIN 191,quite like the seats, but would not get away with it at my age without the chest wig and medallion
Yes it is the demo car and intentionally very flashy as it will be participating in car shows, rallies, etc.

The showroom car is carbon black and nicely understated by contrast, although I did find the alloy wheel and standard brake combo a little bit anemic looking for a dark color car, especially when compared beside the MO car with its stealth wheels and big brakes.

At first I thought that the darker car was the midnight blue (or whatever it's called). I've seen that in the flesh so to speak and it's an awesome understated colour IMHO. I can't remember if it comes with the same sparkles as the volcano or fire black, but a midnight blue with the sparkles would be excellent. Perhaps twinned with red brake calipers and splitter for contrast!

Yes I love blue cars (have owned a bunch) and think it is an under-rated car color that is due for a comeback. IMO, some of the most beautiful Ferraris in existence are in the various classic shades of blue from the past.

This one is definitely carbon black, however (also my 12C color). Was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of metallic fleck, as I'd assumed it was a flatter shade from the paint sample.

That black 12c looks almost identical to your spec 6e! The dealership has come a very long way since May when I last visited. It looks great and Horst looks busy in his new desk.

Actually, as it turns out, only the Carbon Black paint is the same. My wheels, brakes and interior are all different. Plus I kept the exhaust finishers and wing struts highlighted alloy, as in the "Due to extensive interest" thread pic.

Was nice to see a Carbon Black car in the flesh though. Very excited now.

How is your recent acquisition? Snowing in Calg. yet??

I must say that I am leaning heavily towards Heritage Orange. This car is a showroom car. I like the interior but I think that I would probably stick with Black with orange stitching and a ton of Carbon. Having said that, If this car was Fire Black with that interior it would be a stunner.

I'm told Pfaff is due to start deliveries before the month is over. Get those oversized snow chains handy up there! ;)
