Just looking into some track days and wondered if anyone has had a 12C noise tested yet?
E.g. The noise limits at Bedford Autodrome in the UK are 101dB(A) static (measured 0.5m from the exhaust at a 45’ angle at ¾ maximum revs) and 87.5 dB(A) drive-by at 20 metres - the drive by points are usually coming out of hairpins under max revs.

The standard exhaust is meant to be ok for all tracks, but the sports could be suspect

I would ask the dealer. They should be able to tell you if there will be an issue.

There is no way Bedford will let you in the gate if you have a sports exhaust they are so hot on it. I think the atandard exhaust was around 96/98 Db and the sport 106Db. Places like Brands and Silverstone seem more relaxed but sound them out before you pay as none give a refund if you fail the noise test

Email is in to Dealer already. Once I have the car, will see about just going to nearest track and getting a test done before shelling out.

Find a friendlier track or find emptier roads...
