Hello Guys ... I'm looking to get an extra set of wheels and tires since I'm planning on using my original stealth lightweight wheels for the track.

I like these HRE's the most:

http://www.hrewheels.com/s104/

What you guys think ?
Is it right for me to use the OEMs for the track and a new set for daily driving?
Any other recommendations on wheel manufacturers and/or models ?
What about good track tires in MP4-12C sizes?

Any opinions welcome ... Thanks

Those where one set of rims that I was considering, I've been looking a few different models in the ADV.1 line as well. I'm looking at reducing the overall weight as well pushing the rears out as far as possible. On top of which I wanted to increase the width on both the front and rears by approximately .5" to 1" on the rears. The only problem with the three piece is the weight unless you go with the CF barrel from HRE. Have you been in touch with wheelb on this forum. Actually he's involved with Wheels Boutique down in the Miami Florida area. Good luck abrites with your decision making on the rims, if been trying to decide on this for the last two months. All I know for sure is the car will be riding on a set of Pirelli Trofeo R. Cheers....??

I went with the HRE monobloc wheels to fit an as wide MPSS tire as possible. Although HRE is a nice wheel I wish I had gone for Adv SL. Version as they seem to be the lightest. Also the MHT wheel (nice sport) is a nice wheel and very light as well. I just orderred those for another FGt project.
Be aware to get new wheel lugs(longer ones). Over here it's common to deliver matching lugs but in the states they usually tell you to use the stock lugs.THEY DO NOT match.
I had installed the stock lugs bsed on the sellor recommendations and now ended up that the thread is damaged. The stock lug on the HRE wheel only has 14mm grip compared to 250mm grip with the stock wheel. I regulary had to check the tension as the weels were comming loose and yesterday found out this is the reason = too short lugs. I had some lugs but they are a little too long and need to find some correct matching ones.
