I like it with the roof up too.
Almost identical to what I made mine, except for the black interior (for me) and body coloured front lip.
I don't get why have not released ANY pictures of their new colour yet...Using Rosso for the launch promo is a mistake![]()
Have to say, it's a much better looking car than I thought it would be. Those Volcano Red pics on GT Spirit are stunning.Great stuff from GTSpirit:

I was told on friday that they had the first functioning Iris late last year, they are just ironing out the bugs as this will be updateable by bluetooth so it has to last them as few years. Not convinced myself, especially the rear view and the split in the room when raised (as on most days in the UK!).
Is this a functioning IRIS?

Agreed the split roof is unfortunate, perhaps a compromise to keep the partial glass engine cover? Anyway, could live with it, especially in a darker colour and besides there will be no UK buyers for the Spider! Not convinced myself, especially the rear view and the split in the room when raised (as on most days in the UK!).
Yes I'm glad they decided to stay with clean and elegant, was a bit worried they would go boy-racer, based on some of the competitive offerings. This design should age very well. But i must say it keeps the lines of the car very well!
not sure a spider would look right with louvred front wings heh... not even sure the black roof from mso would look quite right on the spider with the smaller roof panel... i guess its cos it looks so cool on the coupe though...Yes I'm glad they decided to stay with clean and elegant, was a bit worried they would go boy-racer, based on some of the competitive offerings. I'm sure they'll hack one (or 5) up for Mr. HS tho!
andy,Just realised i cant have a spyder,i use my parcel self too much, and where would RIC put his MSO coffee machine???
But i must say it keeps the lines of the car very well!
What happens when you have the 52 litres filled up with luggage and you want the roof down?andy,
52 litres of space under the tonneau with the roof up...
that's plenty of bitter ...
and you get luggage to go in there thrown in...
am sure the bepsoke luggage justifies half of the price increment over the coupe..
