Boxer,Took this of the more interesting part of my garage this morning:
The ones I can see are:Boxer,
Here's a picture of my shed in winter mode, see who can identify all the contents first!
(This excludes Scottishxj220 who helped lay the floor!)
One other interesting car is missing as I keep it at home....
Thanks, the '250GTE' is actually a close cousin, the 250GT Ellena. Thought it would be hardest to get!The only one you guys are missing is the Gallardo Spyder in blue.
Very nice collection you have Syd.

I thought the nose protruded a bit differently than a typical GTE but my knowledge of old Ferraris isn't the best. Thanks, the '250GTE' is actually a close cousin, the 250GT Ellena. Thought it would be hardest to get!![]()
Beautiful car. How long have you had it?Thanks, the '250GTE' is actually a close cousin, the 250GT Ellena. Thought it would be hardest to get!![]()
I have had it for a couple of years now. Hoping it will get me into the Mille Miglia, but it's a long shot.... It's a great thing to drive although with drum brakes ( and needless to say, no servo assistance! ) it is more physical than a modern car. The steering is pretty good too but you have to adjust also to a more physical approach and with a relatively long wheelbase it doesn't turn in like a modern car. All in all though it is fun to drive and like all cars getting to know the idiosyncrasies is part of that fun.Beautiful car. How long have you had it?
Wonderful, you do need a very different driving style for the older Ferraris. Slow in power out on the corners.I have had it for a couple of years now. From what I have gathered, they have no issue filling the places, the problem is trying to get the right mix of cars between modern and classic. Much easier to get in if you are applying with a 275 GTB or a 250 Lusso, near impossible if you are one of a hundred plus applicants with a 430.I did hear a rumour on another forum that perhaps they were struggling to fill the places on the the Tribute.

Thanks.I am not sure if I have said before, Boxer - lovely collection!
You've keeping very quiet as to what you're getting! Thanks.
Hopefully it will have an new addition by the spring![]()
