I would ask @EvolutionAutomotive. From the pictures it looks like a bolt-in, I'd be very surprised if there's any welding involved, but you may have to modify the body panels.

It is completely bolt in and fully reversible when and if you sell the car. People put them in for track days and remove them when done all the time. Very easy affair.

Does this price include all of the bar specific interior panels or is it only the bar ?

Only the titanium bar. Just FYI, when installing these MSO cuts the panels with scissors, literally. Very simple job. Some of my customers purchase an extra set of panels, some leave the Ti bar in the car when they sell it.
