How's everybody managing, now? For fun, I checked on the way in to the office this morning. I averaged 9.4 MPG for the last 700 km

It has been a great 700 km, though.

on my trip to Big Bend last week, I averaged between 21 - 26 mpg - this was cruising at 85-90mph.
When I took it to the track a few weeks ago I emptied the tank in three 20 minute sessions: Top speeds of up 140-145, and I'd guess around 60 -80 miles total on the track, so that gives about 4-5mpg? I must admit I've no idea on tank capacity because every time I fill up, I stop at the "first click" on the pump handle, yet the gauge never shows full

In my Lotus elise SC I used 3 full tanks in not more than 6 sessions of around ten laps each.
My Jag xkr 5 litre, showed 5 mpg on the track.

I'm averaging right around 15 mpg since I got the car.

on the other scale i averaged 31.5 mpg on the Meridan day over 400mile round trip,and still onbody passed me,overall average of 16.5mpg at 5900 miles

Yep Bruce,its one of those American lightweight versions,ideally suited to the 12c
