I'm sure this car has some technological updates. But let's hope the F1 replacement is something special compared to this one-off concept. The spoiler/wing seems to have some, resemblance to the P12 prototypes.

had to cost a pretty penny.........seems like everyone was involved from design team to engineering and test driver Chris Goodwin.........even RON had a hand in it. That's one VIP customer

Obviously no one at the management want to be remembered that ugly ducking. It must be buried deep down the footings of the MTC.
I still wonder how much it would fetch at an auction? Anyone would be interested?

This explains a lot, it was actually designed by a graduate: “Hong Yeo is the designer in credited to the styling of the X-1. Korean-born RCA graduate, Yeo was chosen and directed by Frank Stephenson to design the special project.”

Read somewhere it was commissioned by a Sheikh from Bahrain, so that might be where the car currently is.
