Bad dealers are bad dealers, we're specifically focusing (though somewhat off topic, but maybe not) on the scenario that cars claimed to be on the lot and in the inventory aren't, but they are borrowing money on that car to have cash on hand or to buy other cars, or repeat. That was pretty documented with CNC, taking titles to cars they didn't own and borrowing against them. CNC also made duplicate titles fraudulently to move a car they didn't have the title to while simultaneously trying to come up with the money for that seller using the same method.

Funny you mention that. There is a 720 I was looking at that ended up having the same scenario, then another I worked on I also considered that went Carrio, Charlotte, some dealer that typically sells salvage cars in Miami, end buyer. Now that I think about it, I've seen one to the other several times.

I would never in a million years buy a car from Charlotte.

when I was looking for my 720 spider, they had one I was interested in but same experience as others, no ppi is a non starter and moved on.

I’m toying with the idea of selling mine a 2021 720s spider it has 2200 miles, the only thing I have done to it is a Ryft exhaust installed by Mclaren Houston which is where I bought the car brand new, they are the only ones who have worked on the car, I have service records and the original exhaust, it is a FISTRAL Blue
Car is beautiful, and no never tracked, I hate to say it but is been a garage king, my garage has heater and a/c , my email is [email protected]
