My experience in 2020(Q3) on a new Mac was poor basic follow-up and missed timelines multiple times by the sales person. I had to contact the General Manager who helped update me on the status of my car pre delivery preparation, accessory installation and shipping. Also two cars I originally called about, were on their website and not at their dealership. One was in California and it led me to think they were using some ads as click-bait.
Hypothetically, they could be renting out their inventory cars on the sly while they are in "inventory." Buyers of those cars would have no idea as to their rental history. This is all speaking hypothetically of course.
