Two things: besides the new MC20 you realize how modern the design of the 570 is and I think the GT has the nicer rear end than the S, but that's just my opinion.
Agreed. I sat in the MC20. They've clearly copied McLaren for the ergonomics. Those seats are better than the comfort seats, felt very similar to the Artura club sport seat.

I do not want to disturb this beautiful picture thread, but allow me the following response. I'm with you, you can find a lot of parallels. I was allowed to drive a 570S for three months. I have better memories of this car than the extensive test drive with the MC20. Certainly the Masi is a beautiful car and the 3 liter V6 surprised me in terms of performance. And yet I find the 570 more convincing, especially it is not as incredibly boring in the interior as the MC20. There the MC20 has disappointed me very much and the seats I have also not found convincing. I liked the seats in the 570S, only the lateral support was a little too weak on the racetrack. I once sat in the Artura with the seats as in the picture below (don't know what they're called) and hey, they really convinced me at first impression. IMO better than the MC seats.

Quick shot from a drive down in Carmel/Monterey with some friends who'd come up from LA for car week. The 570GT is five years old now but man it looks good. When I look at the P1 and all the way through to the Artura, you can see the design queues that McLaren has kept through their Sports & Super lines. They all look great and they stack up well in terms of design next to the latest from Ferrari, Maserati etc.
