30k miles has got to be close to a record for an UK 458? Am I the only one thinking a lower price is probably negotiable?
Interesting to note that Harry is now saying in his evo market watch that 12C trade in prices are too low and he recommends it as a buy .... he's right but is it just his way of ensuring a first drive in a P1?

One should not consider this to be a 12C-specific issue.
