The GTR is pretty cool.

I don't pick it up until Monday so have at it!

I am pretty happy overall how it turned out. Lots of carbon parts including mirror stalks give it a finished look (not a fan of the dull grey-black plastic McLaren uses). Chocolate brown dash with contrasting stitching to match the saddle tan visually creates a warmer interior. Saddle tan does come out a little more orangey in color than I expected... My butt covers it so all good!

I went over today to see the '97 F1 GTR Longtail and the Azure blue MP4-12C. Sensational cars. I took a ton of pics of the GTR, I'll upload a few later on. Didn't take any of the blue car out of respect for the owner, I'll let him show it off to the world! The interior is perfect, an excellent match for the blue exterior. The car was parked next to a Volcano Red car with similar spec. They were a perfect contrast to each other. You may have to buy them both as a pair Also, Alan is a true gentleman. Unbelievably nice guy, and he knows his stuff. Had wonderful conversations with him.

George,thats not a problem!! Dont let him fob you off,when your with Chubb you are insured for any driver to use your car at any age,provided you are agreeable

I did think this was not applicable to me and wanted it removed for a cheaper policy,but no go its just part of the service!!
