I received this communication... Did everyone else? I have a car on order...

Dear 12C Customer,
I would like to thank you personally for your purchase of a McLaren MP4-12C and trust you have had the chance to experience its many impressive features. We continually seek out and listen to the feedback of our owners. Through your letters, online forums and personal meetings with customers, we have received an enormous bank of valuable feedback which will help us to improve the 12C and future McLaren cars.
One area we are absolutely focused on is the integration of Bluetooth telephony and navigation to the IRIS system. I would like to apologise sincerely for the delay in delivering this functionality of IRIS to your 12C. I am deeply mindful of your frustrations and I can assure you that finalising a quality system for your 12C is our highest priority. We are sparing no expense to achieve this goal. I have recently updated the McLaren dealership network on the latest development status, but wanted to communicate to the owners as well.
Unfortunately we have had a number of setbacks in the development of the system. It was always our intention to develop our own bespoke system for our vehicles. We are making good progress and are currently testing the latest version. The purpose of this phase is to identify and eliminate any remaining issues that could potentially cause the system not to meet customer expectations. Primary development is nearly completed. The full and rigorous testing of the system will not be completed until the third quarter.
I am fully aware that this delay remains a frustration and inconvenience to you. We know that our customers are rightfully demanding and discerning, and acknowledge that our performance in delivering a full-featured IRIS to date has fallen well below the high standards we aspire to achieve.
Please be assured that IRIS is our highest priority and will continue to receive our complete focus.
Thank you again for your support and continued feedback.
Best Regards,
Antony Sheriff
