Infotainment Screen Stuck

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my infotainment screen. It seems to be stuck on a boot loop and won't go past the car showing up with wind going by it. I have tried holding the big button to force a restart with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try disconnecting the battery for about 30 minutes? Make sure you leave the frunk unlocked and your drivr door when doing so.

I did and no dice. Looks like it’s off to the dealer it goes.

Had a similar issue being stuck in a continuous loop. Dealer had the car for 40 days as they waited for a complete replacement unit. Mine was covered under CPO, thankfully.

My 2018 720S infotainment center was stuck in a loop as well. I asked them for a reboot and they said no go. Now the dealer wants $5,700 to replace it. Any other ideas or tricks to try?
