Unfortunately, I have no idea what they look like from the back, though, so you're on your own there.

Yes they did early on, cheap Ferrari used glue on the fender liners. They definitely have their issues too.

This happened on Saturday though.

Just checked the link, I agree, very discouraging. Also heard an FF recently went up in flames, also, last year a Ferrari Scuderia in the L.A. area. Might want to switch my deposit to the F12?

Easy to speculate without the confirmed facts as to what led to the fire, perhaps it was an early 2010 car that didn't have the factory mods carried out for this problem...??

Fair, fire looks like it started from the rear.

Careful, never know when an MP4 might have an oil line break and suffer the same unfortunate fate. I feel for the owner.

Couldn't you fix the 2% with some aftermarket mods? You could essentially have a high sport, though sans warranty.

It seems you don't mind having your eggs scrambled. Did you consider the 458 scud? I had a deposit on one that I moved to the 12C. Not sure my dealer would have come through in an acceptable timeframe anyway as I am not a big fish.
