I successfully made some new underside strakes that won't break, from a very durable plastic that is heat formable. I can make to order if you need a set. Price TBD, don't know if any need from owners. I also hear 650 strakes are similar problem, any others (if interest, send me hole pattern template)?

3d printing?
No, this is heat forming plastic "L" angle material and trimming for smooth aero.
The part is about 24 inches long so would need a good sized printer, as well as very crack-resistant raw material (who knows what can be printed).

Hi, sorry for delay, I was waiting to see if any other interest out there for me to make some. I haven't gotten any other interest, but one more try!
I have enough material for about 6 sets if I make some. I will charge $150/pair, if I can get at least 4 people to sign up.
If you want to try to make yourself, though not really worth the learning curve, use UHMW 2"x1/4" angle which is heat formable. Just heat in oven until it turns clear and then it can be formed. The UHMW is not available as angle any thinner than 1/4", but that's OK. I just streamline the leading edge to compensate with a belt sander. This is NOT a "jewel-like" part, but it's under the car, so what!
FYI, my set has been fairly abused for the last 3 months or so, including track time AND parking lot speed bumps and driveways, and is holding up great, they may last indefinitely. The trick is UHMW is very flexible but does not crack at all and is stiff enough for something like this. Probably the worst to happen would be to somehow hook it and tear through the fastener holes, but that's pretty unlikely.

So let me know folks, in the next week or two, if you want a set and I can make some.

I am new to this blog, so not sure how to comm. privately, I have seen "PM" the approach, somebody let me know how.

Slight mod to prior, use this...

If you want to try to make yourself, though not really worth the learning curve, use UHMW 2"x1/4" angle which is heat formable. Heat in oven until it turns clear (225F or so) and then it can be formed and held in new shape (but bounces back a lot). The UHMW is not available as angle any thinner than 1/4", but that's OK. I just streamline the leading edge to compensate with a belt sander. This is NOT a "jewel-like" part, hand formed and trimmed, but it's under the car, so what! See attached photo.

So let me know folks, in the next week or two, if you want a set and I can make some. If so, tell me if you want holes drilled for 12C or not, and if want black paint ( it is white natural). I am told it fits 650 model too, but I am not sure of hole pattern (and maybe others). Any other shapes besides the 12C part, you could send a paper template if you want.

Thanks for that, I shall get my head under there and see if the mounting points are present. I was thinking they mounted under the frunk rather than directly onto the tub where I'm not willing to drill holes.
There is more to it than "I'm just going to put these here".
