We don’t know a lot of details but many here have expressed interest in one. Assume because of the short run there is a coupe and spider at the same time (we don’t know this for a fact but for the sake of the discussion just assume this to be the case). Which one would you spec?

I’m curious to know what people are thinking.

750S, thoughts on the McLaren 720S replacement

Hey Guys... with all this Covid stuff and supply/manufacturing delays etc... i have to imagine the LT may be slightly delayed which could push out the 720 replacement as we still need to see the LT spider... I am definitely skipping the LT because the thought of a 720 replacement being hybrid...

720 to 750 wish list/thoughts

Hey Guys, think many of us will jump from the 720 to the refreshed 750 (maybe thats what it will be called) with deliveries beginning in Q4 ‘23… i am top of the list with my dealer. Now, as I think about a build, several factors will come into play but a key one will be that I plan on owning it...

as much as I like the cool features of the spider(drop down rear glass, hard top, electronic shade, higher price value), the structural integrity of the coupe pulls me towards it. It has the b pillar and roof to protect you. if you can add a hood scoop and visual engine that adds too my liking as well.

Structural integrity of coupe and spider is same with mclaren. You might be thinking of Ferrari.

So I notice you can’t get a glass roof on the 720 spider anymore? Or at least not on the configurator? If so I probably will change my allocation from a spider to a coupe as the glass roof is something I really love.

So heard back from someone.

Best guess moving forward is gorilla glass roof for the coupe will no longer be offered because of all the problems. Also best guess is the chromatic roof will be offered on the 750 spider. It's off the configurator currently for the 720 spider because they had some supply issues, but is still on the GT and they seem to be fixing the supply side issues.

Of course this is through the grapevine, so take it with huge helpings of salt.
