I had the battery on my 650S Spider disconnected for days.
After re-connecting the battery I had issues on the driver’s side window and windows switches.
First issue is that when opening the driver’s door, the window rolls all the way down and does NOT roll up when closing the door.
Second issues is on the driver’s door windows switches.
There are two switches on the driver’s door:
  1. Driver’s window switch: does not work at all.
  2. Passenger’s window switch: does not operate the passenger’s window, but it operates the driver’s window instead 🤔🤪
One more issues on the driver’s door buttons (tonneau up/down, towing, engine cover) None of them works.

anyone experienced similar issues or has an idea how to resolve?

Had a similar situation with my 765LT. When the battery drained during my paint correction/PPF window tint, the driver's side window switch of the passenger's window did not function, although it did work from the passenger's side. The dealer fixed this.

Thanks for the helpful reply. So it means re-calibration should solve the problem. Did the dealer perform the calibration under warranty with no cost?
Mine is out of warranty!

did you also have problem with the buttons on the driver’s door (for engine cover opening, etc.)?

I wonder if there's some procedure to recalibrate the windows using just the switches themselves? I've had to do it on our BMW and it can be a PITA to get the correct sequence/timing.
