Communication Error after stage 2 tune

Hi

Ive had my 570s stage 2 tuned by VF Engineering and on returning back to the UK with the ECU the car now says "Communication Error" and throws up the TPMS error / Tyre Symbol on the Dash.

Ive since replaced the wheels with brand new coded TPMS sensors and it still does it.

Ive disconnected the battery terminals for a few hours and it still does it.

Driven the car for an hour and it still does it.

Charged the battery fully and it still does it.

The car has always been on a ctec charger and never got low.

Can anyone shed any light on this? VF Engineering are saying its nothing to do with the STage 2 tune and have also offered the help of a UK specialist in conjunction with them to fix it but this may come at considerable cost, i'm just wondering has anyone come across this before?

The car drives perfect and has a huge power increase so no problems there.

Have you tried contacting VF? I would imagine they could/should help.
Hi, Yes ive been in contact with VF and they said its nothing to do with the tune an they have put me intouch with a UK tuning company they work with to take it there... which i will probably do but im just reaching out to see if anyone else has had this happen?

Hi, yea all 4 not showing. before i left for the U.S everything was working perfectly.
The originals that worked perfectly stopped working, i then bought more and they dont work. Im pretty sure its not a sensor issue.

Yes the forum has many threads on TPMS sensor problems. When you say you “bought more” do you mean identical part number original sensors? - did you change tires?
When you pull the ecu for the tune the tpms module needs to be removed, who ever did your labor forgot to plug it back in or damaged it

Dont waste your time chasing tpms sensors, guarantee my above statement is your issue.

Do you have module part #’s? - most likely unplugged as you said above.

I can confirm that tozzy234 is 100% correct. The back rear right bolt (1 of 4) is a nightmare to get out if you do not remove the rear bumper.... I'd completely forgot to clip the module back in after unclipping it to remove said bolt. Clipped it back in last night and its 100% fixed.
