It's a thing of beauty, and somebody is gonna pay over $10 mil for it.
I'm not saying I won't, but I have high confidence it won't be the winning bid.So you bidding then? LOL!
Much like with Ferrari, the only number that matters is the odometer. At about the 5:30 minute mark in the video during the conversation with Frank Heyl, I get a sense that the (this) actual car's chassis, engine, etc., already has 'thousands of kilometers' on it.
Am I correct? Anyone else get that sense or are bidding on the car care to ask?
I've got no dog in this fight, unfortunately, but would love to know for posterity's sake.
If you put a different body on it, a different VIN on it, it's essentially different car so they can do whatever they want with the odometer. What if the only common thing is the tub and the rest was redone? Regardless the odometer reading is all that matters on cars that won't get driven anyway.I wouldn't think that Bugatti would take what could best be described as a 'development mule' then turn it into a production car and then 'start' the odometer, but I suppose anything is possible. But I know what you're sayin'.
If my bid wins it would make headlines, and I'd flip it.Unless your bid is successful! 😂
But you'd drive the fuck out of it first, presumably!?
Whoever ends up with it won't. I'd at least autocross it.Who wouldn't?🙂
I'd like to start servicing them, what better way to do it than to own one.LOL. That would get your YouTube numbers up!
I said it would go for $10 mil USD (which it did) but my limit was a bit lower. So £12 million, LOL!
Veyrons cost of ownership is substantially larger than a Chiron, year to year. But then again, I don't buy cars to look at them.I feel like Veyrons are a relative bargain these days. A tastefully spec’d, well maintained and no-history car should do pretty decently in the coming years.
I know nothing about them, I've seen 1 in person I think, in a museum. You, ever come across or know about the little Venom GT's?🤔
