At about the 5:30 minute mark in the video during the conversation with Frank Heyl, I get a sense that the (this) actual car's chassis, engine, etc., already has 'thousands of kilometers' on it.

Am I correct? Anyone else get that sense or are bidding on the car care to ask?

I've got no dog in this fight, unfortunately, but would love to know for posterity's sake.

Much like with Ferrari, the only number that matters is the odometer.

I wouldn't think that Bugatti would take what could best be described as a 'development mule' then turn it into a production car and then 'start' the odometer, but I suppose anything is possible. But I know what you're sayin'.
