Not sure if this been covered elsewhere but since it involves a safety matter I think it is worth double checking.
At the track yesterday, and during a tire change visit last year, I was advised that if you track your car, no matter the make, the car should have high temperature rated brake fluid. I’ve tracked my car twice with whatever the stock brake fluid is and had zero issues.
Second, my local McLaren dealer is suggesting I have the brake fluid changed after every track session.

I have three questions for the community:
What is the stock brake fluid?
Should I switch to some other brake fluid if I’m tracking the car?
Is it really necessary to change brake fluid after every track session?

Thanks for your input everyone!

Per my notes from about a year ago, stock brake fluid is Pentosin DoT 5.1 (it's a glycol base)

Never mix it with (the silicone-based) DoT 5! That combo will FUBAR your seals...
