Today i want to tell all of you guys we @Simplediag care and want our customers to be happy not only while getting our tool but with our after sales support .

after long discussion we are happy to offer our best pricing for this tool and we hope it met your expectation even If we not come to the suggested price by our friends ima2nr .

THE NEW PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWING :

1- FULL PACKAGE WILL BE 6000 EURO

- ANNUAL UPDATE WAS 1200 EURO AND IT WILL BE 999 EURO ONLY

2- SINGLE VIN PRICE WAS 2000 EURO AND IT WILL BE 1750 EURO

- ANNUAL UPDATE WAS 600 EURO

IT WILL BE 400 EURO FOR 1 YEAR AND 600 EURO IF CUSTOMER PAY FOR 2 YEAR AT SAME TIME .

With the benefit of changing the vin to another car if required

I have been doing my own services and repairs since I was a kid. 30 years of Ferraris, lots of Porsches and now Macca. I am not exactly low budget and it would be great to have a comprehensive tool...... but it has to make $ sense. Unless the car is an absolute POS, the enthusiast is going to use it a couple of times/year.

During my 2 year service, I needed to bleed the brakes, but one needs the tool to do it properly. I let the dealer do it. I think I paid $350. I would have loved to DIY...... not so much for the $ saved, but working on these is part of the hobby for me. $2K+$600/yr just doesn't make sense for the use I would get.

If someone puts together a comprehensive tool that they can sell for $500-$1000 and no ongoing fee BS, they would sell a bunch and corner the market.
To do bleeding for brakes you don't need the diagnostic tool , all what you need is brake bleeder or hand type vacuum tool to be use on every side you do bleeding .

you can do also manual bleeding but there will be waste of brake fluid and you will need someone to help you by pumping brake pedal if you not use the vacuum or bleeding tool .

the procedure is very easy :

first remember to use correct fluid DOT 5.1

Bleeding always you start from the farthest side from the master cylinder .

rear right then
rear left
front right
front left

you are right this function is may bit slow but good we have it and its work perfect .

also as you know we have ONLINE UPDATE to improve our software and We take our customers' feedback into consideration and take care of correcting or developing anything they notice

I am surprised at the amount of responses that refer only to the issue of price without looking at the effectiveness and the ongoing effort to make the tool serve everyone who wishes to use it.

I thank everyone who gave his opinion .. I have already indicated to an important topic that we are not only selling .. The price that is requested to update, for example, is not to update itself, but we also support every user of the tool with technical support, including wiring diagrams .. parts locations .. repairing faults ..

really I don’t know how to compare if someone clones the tool with what we offer.:unsure:

I invited everyone who wants from this wonderful forum to join us in our group on the pure WhatsApp group for McLaren cars even if he not own the tool , and this is not an attempt to sell .. but to see that we speak with complete professionalism and contribute to reaching the desired solutions to solve any malfunction.

basically we give professional technical support to our clients when they need help and follow up step by step till cars get fixed . ( via teamviewer )

we provide special software update depends on the car when there is anything related with ecus software updates .

we provide wiring diagrams to our customers when they need it .

we not sell only tool with software .


i believe there is many users now having our tool in this forum .. they can tell all of you if they get what i mentioned or not when they ask us to support .

Younis- I respect your choice in business model. If you were to contemplate a "support free" version, many would purchase the tool only. Just a thought.
Carslo , of course we provide free support to all our customers , the group on whatsapp we have ,we give all the possible details members are asking , plus we support them via team viewer to fix any problem when they need .

it's been awhile i not write here . hope all of you are safe and healthy .

Today i want to answer a question since many members asking me what will happen if the subscription is over ...

Current version of McLaren Diagnostic software include:
1 - Automatic model recognition
2 - Scan the available modules in the vehicle
3 - Connect and diagnose all available modules in the vehicle
4 - Reading the identification, software, hardware, serial numbers from the modules, reading identification number (VIN)
5 - Read and erase DTCs
6 - Detailed display of DTCs
7 - Read freeze frame data (faults recorded by time ,milage , speed , date , time etc )
8 - Actual values (dynamic real-time values of systems / sensors)
9 - Actuators (testing actuators such as window motors, lights, fans, injectors , seats etc )
10 - Reset service intervals
11 - Activate/De-activate Transport Mode
12 - Activate/De-activate DYNO mode - 2WD/4WD
13 - Read and program VIN on modules
14 - Key Learning (Add key & All key lost)

If your subscription expires, the software does not stop working. Functionalities 1 through 8 will continue to operate without any problems.

Well, my feeling is, and I'm sure many others will feel the same as well... is that if number 10 becomes non-functional unless the customer continues paying for support, it's a deal breaker!
I can understand how important this option (10) for many people who like to do service , but believe me the support you will receive worth to pay the same amount after one year .. all what we ask for single vin is 600€ For one year or 800 for two years .

you can ask people who get our tool how good we do .. we do some other brand online programming ( remotely) and take 300$ And more per car and all customers are happy and appreciate the service .
