When I first configured my car, and locked up specs, the dealer made a big deal of being able to follow the build progress on the car via the mclarenautomotive.com website under "Ordered Cars". Mine's never changed, other than to move the car from "configured" to "ordered". Supposedly mine will commence being built week 50-52.

I'm just curious if you guys who've received your cars, or have cars imminent, have followed along, and how did you like the experience - anything noteworthy?

I did not see any changes. To be honest, I only just noticed that the status had changed to ordered.

I did receive an email this week from the dealer stating that my car had been completed and is awaiting the software update. The website shows the status as ordered, and says to contact my dealer with any questions.
