I *think* Handling was in Sport and the Powertrain was in track.
From my understanding from Simon Andrew, powertrain in track will definitely allow wheel slip, even during straightline accel in the dry. i.e. when turbos are fully spooled and you can grab the next gear up to kill the spin. I'm sure that's not in the handbook and find a wide road without Armco before you try it!

One of Chris Harris' videos shows the ESP allowing significant drift angles in the wet, although not sure if that ESP calibration made it onto customer spec cars.
