Other than this journo, who has ever considered Ron Dennis a monomaniac and rapacious?

Both words I had never heard of before and thanks to the wonders of Google, I now know what they mean, although I never expect to need them again in my lifetime.

By all means appreciate the car, but why the bile towards Ron?

i find it interesting that the journo was/is so obsessed with Ron ! more than one of my friends in UK has told me that most of the UK media slating was based on feelings for Ron rather than a real analysis of the 12C.
Everyone who drives the car really comes back positive as we all do

Seems to have a chip on his shoulder because Ron made money in F1. Was he supposed to loose money!

It's curious that he goes out of his way to take a swipe...........sometimes I think people are jealous of Ron's undoubted success over many years racing at the highest level.

McLaren, if it hadn't merged together with Ron's Project 4 racing, would have gone the way of extinction. Instead, we got the MP4-1, and the rest is history.

In other words - Ron is the reason why McLaren still exists, and is quite successful - to this day.
